Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy explains how Highlander Labs handles cancellations, damaged shipments, incorrect orders, lost packages, and approved refund or replacement requests.
1. Policy Overview
All sales made through Highlander Labs are final once an order has been successfully delivered.
Due to the nature of research-use-only products, returns are not accepted after delivery. However, in limited cases involving damaged items, incorrect shipments, or confirmed delivery issues, we may review requests for replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund.
2. Returns and Non-Returnable Items
Routine returns are not accepted once an order has been fulfilled or delivered.
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened, altered, tampered with, or used items
- Products not stored under recommended conditions after delivery
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Requests based on personal preference, change of decision, or buyer’s remorse
Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipping stages, cancellation or return requests may not be approved.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order reference number
- Clear images of the package label
- Photos showing the condition of the packaging
- Photos of the affected or incorrect product(s)
After review, Highlander Labs may offer a replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances of the order.
4. Lost Packages and Shipping Delays
If a shipment appears delayed, we will review tracking information and carrier updates before taking further action.
If a package is reasonably confirmed as lost by the carrier or tracking record, Highlander Labs may provide a reshipment, store credit, or refund.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, incorrect address details, or high shipping volumes do not automatically qualify for compensation.
5. Cancellations and Order Changes
Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.
Orders that have not yet entered processing may be eligible for changes. Once an order has been packed, processed, or dispatched, modifications and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
6. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed by Highlander Labs.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
7. How to Request Support
To submit a support request, please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A clear explanation of the issue
- Relevant images, package details, or tracking information
8. Policy Updates
Highlander Labs reserves the right to update, revise, or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time.
